The Sugary Truth – Sweets Can Harm You

Sugar is nice and sweet, and it’s readily available in what we eat! But when you have too much sugar in your diet, you are harming your overall health. From juice, fizzy drinks, desserts to starchy foods, sugar is present.

Hence if you are on a weight loss journey, it is essential that you are mindful of the amount of sugar and calories you are putting into your body. and based from the recommendations from the World Health Organisation – both adults and kids should keep one’s daily sugary consumption to less than 10% of your calorie input.
